15 April - The Plenary Session was held at the prestigious Hungarian Academy of Sciences on "Roosevelt Square", right near the Danube and the famous Chain Bridge on the "Pest" side of the river.
16 April - The Workshops were held at the Central European University campus also near "Roosevelt Square"
